Carrot Cake

You will need:

150g Dairy free butter (I like Vitalite)

150g Golden caster sugar

150g Gluten free flour (I like Doves farm)

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

2 tsp Ground ginger

70 ml Chickpea water (Aquafaba)

100g Grated carrot

100g Raisins

6 Inch baking tin

Spatula

Icing sugar (amount to personal taste)
